Developing and revolutionising workforce management using c# and react. Building a strong c# backend API, utilising next generation technologies, while developing on mobile and web using React and React Native.
Responsible for managing and leading the Client Development team, ensuring work is delivered by the set deadlines and getting the best out of each staff member, whilst increasing their knowledge in web development. Responsibility for many projects, many of which detail with the transfer of data into 3rd Party Systems, from accounting to ecommerce. Hold regular reviews with line reports to ensure that code is of a good quality and consistant with company standards.

and ensuring the migration of existing legacy applications.
Freelance web development and designing focussing mainly on on SMEs and Societies/Individuals.
Employment management support for three organisations for three organisations (Institute of Food Research, John Innes Centre and The Operations Centre); including
relevant employment legislation.
General HR administration, including payroll. Reconciling daily and weekly store takings,
controlling cash and investigating and reporting on any profit or loss discrepancies.
